Since 1988 Joyce Young & Associates Ltd. has provided mediation services and training. Our mediators have handled hundreds of civil disputes before the Superior Court of Justice and demonstrated a high settlement rate.

In 2000, the company expanded to work with families. We assist people who are separating make the transition from conflicted couple to peacefully separate and to become cooperative co-parents when children are involved. We also help healthy families who are struggling to make difficult decisions.

Dr. Roberta Morris
M.Div., Phd.

Roberta is an accomplished author who practices narrative mediation in faith-based communities and schools. She works with multi-faith traditions and stories as a rich source of peace-making tools for families and schools. Roberta's background includes civil and community mediation, family mediation, prevention of domestic violence, and accommodation for people with cognitive and psychiatric disabilities. Her credentials include:
